I often wonder why I seem to be interested in things which other people do not seem to be interested in.  It started out with HAM Radio and is now seriously migrating to N Scale model railroading.  I wonder why I seem to be interested in these hobbies, while other people my age are not?

On Saturday 17th of September, a van crashed into a Cheeburger Cheeburger in Amherst, NY, killing a husband and wife, and injuring their son and a waitress.  The driver, a 74 year old woman, was not injured.  She apparently was parked in a parking spot in front of the restaurant, when she stepped on the gas pedal instead of the break.

So I have been listening to these guys, and think they are great.  Adam Curry, and John C Dvorak!  I think everyone should listen.  http://www.noagendashow.com/

Basically they take a look at the current news and political issues, and decode the 'Wag The Dog' bits, and connect the dots so we do not have to.  The war against China?  HAARP?  Earthquakes?  And the evil evil Terrorists...   all of them are prime subjects in the show.
