I must say that this brought a tear to my eye when the customer wrote the letter... This is actually a very interesting experiment. After watching this, I am more likely to want to live in Texas. No, I am not gay... I have many gay and lesbian friends however, and I fully accept everyone as they are or as they wish to be in terms of their sexuality. i.e. If I know my gay male friend wishes to be treated like a girl, then I will treat him as if he was a girl.

I am not overly surprised by the results in New York state. NY may be more liberal, but people seem to mind their own business and go about their lives without letting their true feelings be known.

I have a feeling that in Canada, the results would be more like those in Texas, however I would still be curious to see this tried there.

I wonder how many of you would stand up for a gay or lesbian couple like this?
